Hey, I’m Dhanya.
About Me
I’m Dhanya Venkatesh, a UX designer with a Master’s in Interactive Design, passionate about creating digital experiences that delight and connect. Beyond design, I’m an avid explorer—having traveled to over 30 countries and with a lifelong goal of visiting 150, I’m fueled by curiosity and a love for collecting stories, not souvenirs.
At home, I share life with my spirited dog, Betsy, tend to my garden, and push my limits in CrossFit. I believe that great design is inspired by life’s adventures, and I bring that energy and creativity into every project I touch.

Simplifying Cruise Booking
Redesigned the cruise booking experience to make cabin selection intuitive and user-friendly. Focused on simplifying navigation and reducing friction, helping users quickly find and book the perfect cabin while enhancing overall engagement with the app.
App Onboarding Experience
UX audit of the Flight Centre App to evaluate the current onboarding journey and identify areas for improvement. I uncovered key opportunities to streamline the experience, reduce friction, and highlight valuable features. The recommendations focused on boosting profile sign-ups, improving permission opt-ins, and enhancing overall usability to drive growth and retention.
Flight Centre Homepage Personalisation
Redesigned the Flight Centre app homepage to deliver a personalised experience based on user behaviour, booking history, and interests. Introduced dynamic destination recommendations, tailored offers, and a modular layout that adapts to customer needs.
